At Theertha Crystals, we ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

• The product received is physically damaged

• The wrong product was delivered

To qualify for a return, you must provide:

• A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video

• The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The label

  • The package being opened

  • The product condition inside

Without a proper unboxing video, return requests will not be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Delay in delivery by courier

• Belief-based dissatisfaction

• Incorrect expectations regarding spiritual outcomes

• Used or damaged products (after delivery)

All products are sold as symbolic/spiritual accessories and do not guarantee specific results.

3. Condition of Returned Items

If approved:

• The product must be unused

• Must be returned in original packaging

• Must be in original condition

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved:

• A refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
