We do NOT guarantee:

We do not store your card or payment details.

No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Orders are dispatched manually after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

We are not responsible for:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

6. Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• A complete, uninterrupted video of the package unboxing must be provided

• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened

• The product must be unused and in original condition

Returns are applicable only in case of:

• Physical damage

• Incorrect product received

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Belief-based dissatisfaction

• Delayed courier delivery

If approved, we may offer:

• Replacement

• Refund at our sole discretion

Return shipping instructions will be provided after review.

7. Coupons & Discounts

Mobile Number Discount:

• 10% discount is applicable only for new mobile numbers

• One-time use per number

• Duplicate or repeated entries will not qualify

Festive or promotional coupons:

• Valid only during the specified sale period

• Expire automatically at the end of sale

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Cancel suspicious coupon usage

• Cancel fraudulent orders
